Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our returns and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to Any Parts that have been test fitted and now have bolt witness marks that have damaged surface finish, Wiring looms that have been cut or modified.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please email us at sales@flux.net.au or call us at 02 88599557 to initiate your return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Return Shipping: Pack your item securely and include your Return Authorization Number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless incorrect items are dispatched from Flux3D Pty Ltd.
3. Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to all returned items. This fee covers the cost of inspecting and restocking the returned product.
- The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
4. Refund Process
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
- Restocking Fee Deduction: The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not handle direct exchanges; instead, returned items will be refunded, and you can repurchase the new item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspection: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or defect and your order number.
- Resolution: We will offer a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items at no additional cost.
